PATTERN HOUSE, EC1

G2 open-plan flat refurbishment. We reconfigured this warehouse conversion, adding underfloor heating, new boiler, cylinder, fully rewired and electrics. Modern new bathroom, kitchen, large-format parquet floor and bespoke storage made this one-off build and delighted our clients.
