Expanding a Property with Quality Craftsmanship and Modern Flair
Our clients approached us with a request to extend their property and create more space. They were looking for high-quality finishes and excellent workmanship, as this was not only an investment, but also their future home.
PBM executed this project immaculately, blending traditional Victorian aesthetics with contemporary design in the new loft space. The loft conversion added two large rooms and a modern wet-room shower, creating a beautiful and functional living space. The clients were thrilled with the new large front master bedroom and large rear office/bedroom, which were seamlessly integrated with a new staircase that kept Victorian-style features.
To create more headroom in the loft, we lowered the ceilings in the first-floor front and middle bedroom. We also removed the wall between the front living room and the rear reception, opening up the space and creating a more open concept. This allowed the family to enjoy the space as one, while still respecting the building's history. We brought bespoke carpentry, large format flooring, and traditional finishes to complete the works to a tee.
